BG Wealth Sharing has a big following, but is not a big corporate initiative. It is essentially Dr. Stephen and an assistant or two offering trade codes by text. It is that simple. The “bigness” comes from the fact that thousands can receive that text near simultaneously, choose to trade by copying and pasting that code into the trade platform, and waiting for Dr. Stephen’s trade to win. It is simple at its core, and as such, you will not find a fancy website, lots of marketing information, etc. Dr. Stephen takes care of the systems and does the trading for us, and we copy/paste to trade and get the word out, and it just works.
So this simple website is an attempt by a group of us experiencing success with this system, to: (1) introduce you to BG Wealth Sharing, (2) give you information and context that is known, and, (3) if you decide to participate, then provide you guidance and instructions on how to do so. As with many entrepreneurial startup, there is not a lot of history with BG Weath Sharing. Some of th first information know is found in 2018, however, not until 2024 – 2025 was more organized marketing and other information know.
What is know is that BF Wealth Sharing was founded by Dr. Stephen Beard. From there much of what we know is from Dr. Stephen as he is referred to and information from his assistants. Consider the following that give s insight into him and his motivations:

The name of the trading system you will be using is referred to as the BG Wealth systems. Sometimes also as DSJ Exchange. Let me add some context to this:
BG Wealth:
This system or BG Wealth is owned and operated by Dr. Stephen Beard or Dr Stephen, as he is known. I am not sure of his background, but I believe he is a professor. His purpose is to help the average person gain wealth. That is his motivation and you will see that in the chats, etc.
In a group chat Dr Stephen recently stated:

To do that, he has created a system to predict or simply can clearly interpret markets to catch market swings. He uses this system or knowledge to provide trade announcements each day.

Your Individual Account – You remain the owner of your fund in your separate account. I said combine it with the pool only means when you participate in the trade everyone’s funds participate in the market individually as a group in the same trade.
No Membership Fee – There is no start up membership fee, setup fee, etc. for this group.
No Subscription Fee – There is no monthly fee, etc. All of your money is used to trade.

You might ask how the system sustains itself or makes money? What is in it for Dr. Stephen Beard. Well:
Own Purpose – Many people do not feel there is a benevolent reason for some people to do good. Well, when it works, they can. Dr. Stephen’s purpose is to help others.
He Benefits – He is not naive, and he or his system (or business ) benefits, and needs to for providing systems, staff, etc. The way he benefits is by keeping about 37% of your profits, of which are about 63%. From a business perspective, most businesses would be happy with 20% net profit. We keep 3 times that much.
How it works is pretty simple:
$500 Basic Entry – $500 is a basic participation. At this basic level you will receive two trades a day. In the group I am trading with, those trades come at about 10:35 am and 4:35 pm. Currently you have about an hour to place your trade.
Entry Amounts – You can enter with any amount from $500 to $10,000. You need to include enough for fees by outside organization so that your final amount equals more than $500. For a $500 deposit. I would recommend $550. For all others any amount will do, you simply may be at $1,978, $4,973, etc. with depositing even amounts, but it works.
Recommended Entry – If possible consider entering at $5,000 or more. It will accelerate your earnings.
There are two or three ways to benefit from BG Wealth:
Trade for Wealth – Simply trade. The more money in your account, naturally the larger your trade returns.
Share for Wealth – Help others find this solution. Without a membership fee, subscription fee, contract, etc. and over a 95% win rate, who would not want to participate. I say help in the fact that this is the way they invite others into the system. It sounds multi-level marketing’ish. It is and it is not. Meaning you invite people in and can build 5 people around you, so that is network marketing’ish and multi-level’ish. Also, you are not paid from their winnings. As such, you do not have to extensively manage or cheer them on. They are winning enough to participate themselves. What you are simply doing is inviting, helping them start, and after one trade, they are on their own.
Benefits Of Sharing – BG Wealth Sharing does incentivize you to share this with others. They do so by offering you more trades for sharing and depositing cash in your account, such as:
More Trades – When someone signs up and starts, you will receive 2 extra trades. So you can make more money.
Bonus Money – When someone signs up you will receive about 10% of their signup deposited in your trade account. If someone signs up for $550, then you receive about $50 (some money is used in fees during money transfers by outside banks and companies so $550 gets you about $500+ in trading). If someone signs up for $5,000, then you receive $500 in bonus. $10,000 is the most you can come in with, so you would receive $1,000 in your trade account.
Leadership – There is a need to help people get signed up and started. If you bring in 25 or so people then you will receive about $1,500 into your trade account each month as a type of leadership
Higher Leadership – With more people in your group by you or others you will receive greater amounts of money deposited into your trade account, from $10,000 a month to some making millions a month from leadership (obviously something exceptional, but real).
Dividend Stacking – Other benefits such as this for active and participating members.
Trade Volume and Wins Per Trade
BG Wealth Sharing takes a very conservative approach to trading. They trade 1% of your account at a time. So the math for that is:

Given the above, the more you can deposit and invest, the faster and more usable the result. I recommend depositing in the most you can to make this as meaningful as possible, as quick as possible.
Compounded Growth:
My personal experience at this time is 100% win rate. The overall win rate is in the 95%+ range. There are some losses, but when they occur, they give you another trade worth 3x to make up for it.
Given the above understanding you can double your money in the days shown above due to compound earning trading. You trade not only your original deposit, but the money you have earned from previous winning trades. For instance:

Reward Signal Placement – Once eligible for the reward signal, refresh your DSJ account. The reward signal doesn’t require a code. Simply go to DSJ Exchange, click on “Futures,” then “Invited Me,” scroll down and click on “Confirm to Follow the Order”, click on the “Done/OK”, then Click on “Position Order” to show the pending trade.
That is probably the general information about the program.
DSJ Exchange
This is an exchange that Dr Stephens has arranged to make the trades. Like BG Wealth Sharing, it is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and other country security agencies.
A couple of things to know:
Crypto Currency Trading – you will be participating in trading using cryptocurrency pairs. This is not something you will worry about, as that is Dr. Stephen’s concern. I presume this is used due to the trading flexibility and freedom. Further, it is simply the way of the future and getting a little more informed in this area. It does require that you convert your dollars into cryptocurrency and transfer that cryptocurrency into your account. This document is here to help guide you through that.
No Use Fee – There is no day-to-day use fee for this service. You simply create an account and then access it by an app or by a website to place your trade.
12% Withdraw Fee – There is a 12% fee to remove money from your DSJ account. In total you will have 100% of your trade – ~37% for Dr. Stephen’s System – ~12% for DSJ Withdrawal = ~51% net profits to you. Gain, from a business point of view, this is double what most businesses would earn or ever dream of earning.
Keeping It Real With Taxes – Remember you would pay taxes on your ultimate earnings. We don not concern ourselves with this, as it is just part of the reality of our society. Further, each person’s tax situation is different. Also, with competent tax advise, you can find ways to minimize the tax you owe.
Currency Conversion Fees – Also note that as you are trading in a crypto currency, there are minor fees for exchanging it to other crypto you can spend (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) or convert it to cash. Members are available to help you make money transfers in the best way to keep the most of your money.
Perspective – We can concern ourselves about it, or realize it is there, move on, do well, and benefit wildly with the significant percentages we do keep.
There really is not much for us to worry about here. This is what Dr. Stephen’s states as “I focus on the operation of the platform, while you focus on building and growing your team. “
